Italian Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 slices Salumi Italiani Coppa Italiana

  • 3-4 slices Salumi Italiani Soppressata

  • 3-4 slices Salumi Italiani Genoa salami

  • 2-3 slices provolone cheese

  • 1 Italian sub roll, sliced open

  • Optional: mustard, red wine vinegar, or extra virgin olive oil for dressing

Directions:

  1. Open the Italian sub roll and layer the Coppa Italiana, Soppressata, and Genoa salami on the bottom half of the roll.

  2. Place the slices of provolone cheese on top of the meats.

  3. Top with any dressings you would like, close the sandwich, and enjoy!
