Pepperoni & Chorizo Baguette Pizza
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Salumi Italiani Pepperoni & Chorizo Crumbles
1 large baguette (cut in half lengthwise)
1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Spread a generous amount of pizza or marinara sauce over each half of the baguette.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce-covered baguette halves.
Sprinkle Salumi Italiani Pepperoni & Chorizo Crumbles generously over the cheese.
Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on top, along with a sprinkle of dried oregano and red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
Place the baguette pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the baguette are crispy.
Once done, remove from the oven. Slice and serve hot.
