Directions:

  1. Find a small circular object like a glass or cup (about 2–3 inches in diameter) to use as your mold.

  1. Start by folding one slice of salumi over the rim of the glass, allowing half of the slice to hang inside and the other half outside. Continue layering slices around the rim, slightly overlapping each piece. The more slices you add, the fuller the rose will look. We reccomend about 5–7 slices to create a nice, full rose.

  2. Once you’ve layered all the slices around the rim, gently press down on the slices to help them stick together, then carefully lift the salumi rose off the glass.

  3. Place the rose on a charcuterie board or plate as a decorative and edible centerpiece.
